Our Mission Statement

Our Mission is to become the nation’s most respected Low Voltage Installation Partner. We will accomplish this by providing the highest caliber of technicians in the field, by doing business as a relationship-based partner, and by creating the most pleasant business experience in our industry. With honor and integrity, we will foster a culture of genuine care and respect for every individual we work with.

About Our Founders and the Start of DRIG

In 2010, DRIG emerged as the premier GPS and Low Voltage Installation Partner, founded by Russ Miller, a seasoned business manager and developer with deep roots in the service and installation industries. What started as a response to a friend’s insight about the need for higher-quality technicians in the industry rapidly evolved under Russ’s leadership into a national installation company, renowned for its unmatched caliber of technician and workmanship.

The transformative journey of DRIG took a significant stride in 2011, reflecting a deep commitment to supporting women-owned businesses and empowering women in the workforce. Recognizing the untapped potential and unique skills of stay-at-home moms, Russ decided to actively hire these talented women to support the company. This decision not only contributed to the company’s growth but also stood as a testament to DRIG’s dedication to inclusivity and diversity.

Aimee Miller, as one of the co-founders and Chief Customer Officer, has been pivotal in this journey. Her leadership and foresight have been instrumental in influencing DRIG’s customer-centric approach. Her involvement from the onset underscores the company’s ethos as a Woman-Owned Business that champions the empowerment of women at all levels.

At DRIG, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality service, professionalism, and competence in the industry. Our culture of integrity, genuine care for every partner and relationship, and our commitment to empowering women, especially mothers, set us apart from our competitors.

Embracing the ethos of the “Consummate Service Professional,” DRIG, under the guidance of both, has transformed the industry’s landscape. Our team of schedulers, project managers, and quality control managers ensure that every project is executed with precision and excellence, embodying the values that DRIG has instilled.

Partnering with DRIG means engaging with a company that values your success as much as its own. It means supporting a Woman-Owned Business that is not just setting new standards in the industry but is also committed to empowering women, particularly mothers and single women, in the workforce. Discover the DRIG difference today, and join us in celebrating and supporting women-owned businesses.
